In Defining Your Business for Success: Tools for Purposeful Business Planning, a workshop presented at the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce headquarters on February 25, 2020, Quadrino presented contemporary approaches to strategize and plan for both businesses (existing/start up) or not-for-profit organizations to more than 30 attendees.

The workshop was presented by SCORE-Staten Island, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, the TD Bank Charitable Foundation, and the 5 Chamber Alliance.
