Chamber Hosts End-of-Summer Member Meetup

On Thursday, September 14, the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce hosted "Back to Business," the third Member Meetup of the year. The event, hosted at the Marina Cafe provided an opportunity for local professionals to reconnect, forge new connections, and rejuvenate their business networks.

Nearly 70 professionals attended the event from a wide range of industries. The event was sponsored by John Calabrese Financial and Spectrum Reach.

Linda Baran, President and CEO of the Chamber, expressed gratitude to all the attending members for their continued support for the Chamber and for representing Staten Island's business community. The event's theme, "Back to Business," celebrated the end of the summer and the return to the activity-filled events of the fall.

In addition to making valuable connections, attendees also had the chance to learn about new Chamber initiatives and upcoming events. The Chamber's dedicated team was readily available to provide information and answer questions about membership benefits, educational opportunities, and advocacy programs.

The event is part of the Chamber’s extensive lineup of fall and winter 2023 events, which include a Congestion Pricing Lunch & Learn with MTA President and Chair Janno Lieber (9/19), Ribbon Cuttings for Still Well Medspa (9/19), Tekie Geek (9/26), About Face Dental Studio (10/10), and Staten Island Dental Studio (10/26), Sweep Staten Island: A Volunteer Day (9/26), the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting (10/12), and our 2023 Building Awards (12/1).
