Chamber Hosts first Member Meetup of 2022

On March 9, Staten Island business professionals “ate good in the neighborhood” at the Chamber’s first Member Meetup of 2022. The Meetup was held and sponsored by the new Applebee’s Bar + Grill in The Boulevard shopping center in New Dorp.

The Meetup, which was presented by the Chamber and its three Business Guilds, hosted more than 70 small business professionals and served as a perfect opportunity to showcase the new updated and modern restaurant. Following a long absence of in-person events, attendees were excited to reconnect, network, and shared ideas while sampling drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Hosting a Member Meetup allows members the opportunity to showcase their location and highlight their offerings. These events are just one other way the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce forges quality networking opportunities for members. To attend our next event or view the Chamber’s upcoming event calendar, visit https://www.sichamber.com/events.

The Chamber contains three different Business Guilds, which meet each week and work towards increasing each other’s business success. These weekly meetings with business owners, executives, and professionals help to build close professional relationships by affording members the opportunity to learn about each other’s businesses, share tips, exchange leads and hear speakers on a variety of topics. Each Guild member is guaranteed exclusive representation in their business category/profession. To learn more or possibly join a Business Guild, visit https://www.sichamber.com/business-guilds.
